Shipping and Delivery
We offer free shipping on all orders over $100 nationwide. Orders under $100 will incur a $5 delivery fee nationwide. Please note all bikes are assembled by one of our qualified bicycle technicians and therefore must be picked up from your preferred My Ride store. You’ll receive an email notifying you when your bike is ready for collection.
PLEASE NOTE: All parts and accessory orders are delivered by courier to the delivery address you’ve supplied on placing an order. Store collections of parts and accessory orders are not currently available.
All orders are dispatched with Courier Post. To see where your order is at in the delivery process please use your Track and Trace number sent in your order dispatch confirmation email. Please supply a delivery address where someone will be present to receive the delivery. A signature is required for your delivery. Unfortunately we do not currently offer delivery to PO Boxes. Deliveries are made Monday to Friday.
While most orders are processed and collected by the courier the same day of business, please allow 2-3 business days for delivery. . If you have ordered an item(s) that is out-of-stock or sold-out, then we will advise you of this as soon as we can. Rural and some residential areas may require an additional day(s) for delivery. Additional delays may also occur if further payment or address information is required.
Weekday orders before 2pm for free next day delivery. Weekend orders will be processed on Monday for free next day delivery.
